Booking:

A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve an appointment. Each deposit is credited to the clients balance and is refundable in the event that the appointment needs to be cancelled for any reason, and is cancelled within 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Balance due is the total amount of appointment cost minus the deposit. Example: If you book a wash and style and your appointment cost is $50, you will need to pay $25 to reserve your appointment and the remaining $25 will be due at the close of the appointment. The ONLY time a deposit is refunded is in the event that the appointment is cancelled with 24 hour notice.

Cancellations:

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Our staff has set aside this time to cater and devote their attention to only you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies and our time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations of less than 24 hour notice are subject to non-refundable deposit. We strive to be fair to all of our clients and potential clients. In an effort to do so we must hold everyone accountable for their scheduled appointments. This gives others a chance to book the Lavish Life experience.

NO CALL/ NO SHOW

A no call/no show will result in a nonrefundable deposit. If you are more than 15minutes late your appointment will be cancelled, you will be considered a no call/no show, and your deposit will not be refunded.
