Shipping and Delivery
You will receive your hair in 5-7 Business Days after your order is placed. Shipping fees are added during check out, you will receive a tracking confirmation number once your order has been shipped out so you can accurately track your package. Please wait for your tracking # to be emailed to you. If you are picking up in salon please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive a pick up email once order is ready. We appreciate your patience! We Ship via USPS.

ALL CUSTOM UNITS HAVE A PROCESSING TIME OF 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS. You can add an added rush fee to receive your orders within 7 business days. Weekends do not count in processing time.
For international shipping charges will vary by the amount and distance, it will take 2 to 3 weeks for regular mail and 1 week for express mail depending on your county.
Exchange Policy
We provide the best virgin hair for the best prices and we are confident in our product. Due to the nature of our business we only accept exchanges (No returns/refunds) within 7 days of receiving it. If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your hair please contact Lavish Locs Virgin Hair Extensions customer service before installing. All hair MUST be returned in original packaging (including bundle tie). If hair has been tampered with such as combed, washed, or installed all exchanges guarantees will be voided.
